Jason Porter back on top in the Peanuts Auto LLC Four Cylinders

For Immediate Release BRS-072520-1

95.3 & 107.1 the Wolf feature winners were: Tanner Siemons in the Sabil & Sons DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds, Cody Gregoropoulos in the DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes, Will Hull in the USAC DMA Midgets, Jason Porter in the Peanuts Auto Four Cylinders, and Eric Lindblad in the State Farm Mike Estrada 4 Cylinder Enduro.
In the DIRTcar Sabil & Sons Sportsman Modifieds Jason Gray didn’t get the finish he was looking for, with a new face crossing the line ahead of him. Tanner Siemons will be credited for breaking the Grey winning streak as he is the one who took the lead and the checkers for their main event. Coming home in second was Walt Hammond, with Gray filling in the final victory lane spot. Robert Tucker and Walter Hammond (little Walt) completed the top five.
Last week’s feature winner was bookmarked by two young guns in the Wells River Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes. Hoping to make it two in a row, Horniac ran out of time in his attempt to cross the finish line first. He would watch the checkers wave just in front of him over Cody Gregoropoulos who crossed the line first. Joining the two of them in victory lane was Cody Copland. Ryan Christian and Will Hull, both double duty drivers rounded out the top five.
It was about Will Hull when he got back behind the wheel of his regular machine in the USAC DMA Midgets. Starting from the mid pack he took over the lead on lap five and never looked back. Teammate Seth Carlson was able to work his way to the bridesmaid position to join Hull in victory lane. Rookie Brandon Piastka claimed the final victory lane spot. Scott Holcomb had an impressive run in his first time back in a DMA Midget in several years, posting a sixth-place finish. Justin Phillips and Floyd Billington completed the top five.
The C.A. Miller Limited Late Models and LaValley’s Building Supply Dirt Stockers were off and will be returning to action on August 1st.
Jason Porter made it back on top in the Peanuts Auto Four Cylinders coming from deep in the pack. He was able to beat out his number one rival Buddy Welch who had to settle for 2nd place finishing position, and just one spot short of a triple crown. Bobby Bell joined the two in the third place spot in victory lane. Kevin
The Mike Estrada State Farm 4 Cylinder Enduro filled the pits with forty five cars with forty three able to take the green. When the dust settled on their 75 lap event, last years champion was the winner with Taylor Sayers second and Jeff Mitchell third. Kyle Blakeman and Ryan Christian completed the top five. The Mike Estrada State Farm 4 Cylinder Enduro will be returning for action on Saturday August 29th.
The WYKR Sprint Cars of New England are scheduled to return on August 1st.
