Jason Gray fell out of the point lead last week and came back this week with a no way is that going to last attitude. Gray coming from deep in the pack got to the front and took on lap twenty-three from Mike Ryan and never looked back. Ryan held on for second with Robert Tucker taking home third the final victory lane spot. Gray will regain the point lead and his quest to be the first ever in the history of the Ridge to win four championships in a row. Kyle Huntington had a great run taking home fourth with DJ Robinson completing the top five.

Another new winner added to the pool as Cooper Hodge beats out the field of veterans to take home the checkers in the Wells River Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes. Hodge beat out Tim Hodge (no relation) who crossed the line in second and returning Ricky Sanville grabbed third. In his best performance of the season Ali Pushee crosses the line in third with last week’s triple crown winner coming from deep in the pack to finish fifth.

A fifth new winner in as many events is recorded in the record books for the Xtreme DIRTcar DMA Midgets. The brothers Piastka duked it out for the win with younger brother Daniel beating out big brother Brandon to claim the first-place spot in the main event. Brandon held on for second with Manny Dias with his third visit to victory lane in a Skip Matczak stable machine joining the duo in third. Nicki Ouellette and Justin Sheridan rounded out the top five.

In the High-Country Dispensary Late Models Todd Dunham in only his second visit in 2023 beats out Kelly Miller for the win. Last week’s winner Rob French takes home third with Carl Eldridge and Tyler Tremblay rounding out the top five.

Mike McClay falls one spot short from being the second driver in 2023 to win a triple crown. With his win and the semi/dash win McClay would set his sights on taking home the feature win and a triple crown, unfortunately Andrew Fitzgerald would have nothing of it. Fitzgerald would take the lead and cruise on to his fourth win of the season. McClay holds on for second with Aren Keene scoring his second visit to victory lane taking home third. Dawn Rumrill and John Fields completed the top five.

Spencer Braley becomes the fourth driver to win multiple times in the Woodsville Power Equipment Ridge Runners as he beat out Keith Mansur for the win. Mansur was able to hold on to second with Travis King coming home in third, in the final victory lane spot. Shane Styles and Tom Brown rounded out the top five.

The Joe Mama’s Sporting Goods 4/6 Cylinder Enduro return to action on Saturday July 29th.

Coming up this Saturday July 29th sponsored by Montshire Farms, it is our second VP Racing Fuels DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds Eastern series event plus a full card for the 99Rock weekly Racing Series divisions with the Sabil and Sons DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds, Wells River Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes, , LaValley Building Supply Dirt Stocks, and the Woodsville Power Equipment Ridge Runners. Plus in the house will be the Joe Mama’s Sporting Goods 4/6 Cylinder Enduros. The Xtreme DIRTcar DMA Midgets and High Country Dispensary Late Models OFF.  This is a SPECIAL ADMISSION EVENT at $15.00 for Adults, Seniors, and Teens with a paying adult.

The price of a regular show general admission (front gate) ticket for adults (ages 17 to 61) is $12.00 a person. Seniors 62 and older $10.00. Teens 12 to 16 WITH a paying adult $10.00, and children 11 and under WITH a paying Adult $2.00. Military Discounts are available at $2.00 off for those with a valid ID. The back gate (pit gate) ticket price for Bear Ridge Speedway and DIRTcar 2023 license holders is $30.00. Non-license holders are $35.00 (both prices include the front gate ticket.)
