The Dennis Preston Builder & JTB Towing & Recovery feature winners for July 8th: James Fadden in the Sabil & Sons DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds; Cody Gregoropoulos in the Wells River Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes; Xtreme DIRTcar DMA Midgets OFF, High Country Dispensary Late Models Kelly Miller, LaValley Building Supply Dirt Stocks Andrew Fitzgerald, Woodsville Power Equipment Ridge Runners: Spencer Braley, R.E. Hinkley (when at the Ridge) Granite State Mini Sprints 500cc:Ed Vickery; 600cc Kyle Belliveau. Joe Mama’s Sporting Goods OFF return June 29th.

As the R.E. Hinkley (when at the Ridge) Granite State Mini Sprints 600cc’s hit the track the skys opened with yet another shower of rain. Finally after about an hour mother nature got it out of her system and after the track was re-prepared racing action resumed, on what drivers were saying was a great track.

In the Sabil & Sons DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds James Fadden scores his first win in 2023 getting to the front in fine style bringing Josh Sunn along for the ride. Mike Ryan with one of his best outings of the season would loose the point to Fadden and eventually fall back to third behind Sunn when the checkers waved on their 35 lap main event. Max Dolliver and Jason Gray rounded out the top five.

Cody Gregoropoulos becomes the first repeat winner in 2023 in the Wells River Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes. Coming from mid pack he worked his way to the front to grab the checkers. Following him to victory lane was Josh Harrington with his second in a row brides maid finish and Tim Hodge in third. Matt Ellsworth coming from the last qualifying spot made it all the way up to fourth with Ryan Christian rounding out the top five.

The Xtreme DIRTcar DMA Midgets were OFF and return to action on July 22nd.

Kelly Miller gets the win in the High-Country Dispensary Late Models the only other winner so far in 2023. There were two other first timers to victory lane Scott Heath and Carl Eldridge. Rob Rugg and Matt Lashua rounded out the top five.

Andrew Fitgerald gets his third win of the season in the LaValley Building Supply Dirt Stocks beating out Mike Mann who scored his fourth bridesmaid finish of the season, still looking for the first win. Matt Pike returning to the Ridge joined the two in victory lane. John Fields and Bryan King completed the top five.
Coming this Saturday July 15th it is Madness night for the Dirt Stock who will be going for well over $8000.00 in purse and lap money and double points

Travis King falls one position short from making it back-to-back wins in the Woodsville Power Equipment Ridge Runners. He would run out of laps before being able to set a challenge for Spencer Braley who scored his first win of the season. Logan Martin quietly made his way to third helping to add to his points lead. Hayden Bishop and Shane Stygles rounded out the top five.

In the R.E. Hinkley (when at the Ridge) Granite State Mini Sprints Ed Vickery is your winner in the 500cc class joining him in victory lane were Ella Gisleson and Morgan MacIntyre. In the 600cc class it was Kyle Belliveau getting the win over Justin Burr and Cody Willette. The R.E. Hinkley Granite State Mini Sprints will return to the Ridge on August 5th.

The price of a regular show general admission (front gate) ticket for adults (ages 17 to 61) is $12.00 a person. Seniors 62 and older $10.00. Teens 12 to 16 WITH a paying adult $10.00, and children 11 and under WITH a paying Adult $2.00. Military Discounts are available at $2.00 off for those with a valid ID. The back gate (pit gate) ticket price for Bear Ridge Speedway and DIRTcar 2023 license holders is $30.00. Non-license holders are $35.00 (both prices include the front gate ticket.)

Bear Ridge Speedway is an alcohol-free family friendly entertainment spot, with our goal to make each experience at the Ridge better than the last. We continue to offer the best source of good, inexpensive high-quality entertainment for families.
