Donnelly Continues Winning Ways at Bear Ridge Speedway

On a hot summer night the Sprint Cars of New England presented by
(YOUR NAME HERE ) rolled into Bear Ridge Speedway in Bradford , VT. for the second time this season. Picking up where he left off back in July, Chris Donnelly from Piermont NH, found victory lane for the second time this season. The nights action started off with the FK Rod Ends heat race #1. Jordan Fornwalt got the lead over Mike Horsch at the drop of green flag while Horsch faded back Clay Dow and Floyd Billington were side by side trying to get the second spot with Jake Williams close behind them. At the checkered flag it was Jordan Fornwalt making his first start of the season taking the win followed by Clay Dow, Floyd Billington, Jake Williams, Caleb Lamson, and Mike Horsch. The O'Reilly Auto Parts heat race #2 saw Chris Donnelly take the lead at the green flag over Tanner Siemons . On lap two Will Hull got past Siemons as he settled for third. The checkered flag fell for Chris Donnelly , Will Hull, Tanner Siemons, Travis Billington, Jim Lowery , and Rick Stone. After the invert the starting lineup was set with Floyd Billington and Tanner Siemons on the front row. At the drop of the green it was the 69k with an advantage on the bottom going into turn one followed by the 8 of Siemons the 61 of Will Hull also on the bottom was chasing the front two with the 24 of Jordan Fornwalt trying to hold off the 17 of Chris Donnelly in fifth. On lap two Hull got around Siemons for second as did Donnelly. On lap four Donnelly went to the bottom in turn two under Hull where there wasn't much room and bounced of the infield tire and got the front end up in the air and nearly spun out. They settled into position and by lap eight Hull was gaining on Billington for the lead. Lap ten saw the top five as Billington, Hull , Donnelly, Dow, Siemons. Just as the leaders were catching traffic the 68 of Caleb Lamson spun in turn four. On the lap twelve restart the 61 of Hull got the lead over Billington and started to run away from Billington who was racing for second with Donnelly . Donnelly got by Billington and at the line for lap 14 got by Hull for the lead and then he never looked back and picked up his second win of the season followed by Will Hull, Floyd Billington in third Clay Dow fourth and Travis Billington just edged out Jake Williams for fifth. Seventh thru ten were Jordan Fornwalt , Jim Lowery, Tanner Siemons, Caleb Lamson. SCoNE returns to Bear Ridge Speedway on August 15 for our next event. Thanks to all teams and crew members for keeping the racing good and race cars maintained to keep the cars returning to each event. With good clean, fast racing the race fans will be sure to come back again to see the fastest cars on dirt in New England. Also special thanks to Karen Dow for helping with scoring and lineups during the hot days of summer . Remember we still have six races left and one is double features at RumTown so still plenty of time to get a deal on race sponsorship and more . Help SCoNE grow and get noticed by race fans all over New England and beyond as well your company name . We offer many marketing opportunities for your business.

Stay Safe Race Fans, See you soon
