SCoNE Hot Stove 2020... Save the date
Hello Racers and race fans,
Sprint Cars of New England has set a date of Saturday March 14th for our 2020 race season meeting and our 2019 awards banquet. Please read the following and be sure to share and tell others who may not be on social media or surfing the web. It would nice to see a good turnout of teams to support our information meeting as well as stay around for the awards dinner and mingle with teams and crew members and enjoy a night of good food, friends and racers. The event will be held at the Common Man Inn and Spa , 231 Main Street in Plymouth , NH 03264. The meeting will start at 4 pm sharp to discuss the following topics :
- Tire rule discussion
- Triple Crown races
- Schedule - Tracks, # of races, Dates
- Sponsorships, Contingency , social media , safety
- Open for questions , opinions and discussion from attendees
- meeting may have time restraint due to dinner being served but no question or comments will be avoided . The above agenda should be a rather quick discussion to leave time for your input so please attend with your suggestions , ideas and more.
Then we will close the meeting and get ready for the 5 - 10 pm dinner , awards, donation prizes and socializing . The price of the dinner part of the evening will be $30 per person . Please RSVP to the below information. All teams in attendance that raced with SCoNE in 2019 will be eligible for donation gifts received . If you have anything to donate or know someone who may want to donate please send email to the below email address as well.
SCoNE is looking for marketing partners for the 2020 season to help our series as well as our partners. We have many options and ideas that will fit any budget.
