PIERSON EXTENDS DMA LEAD WITH BEAR RIDGE VICTORY
Bradford, VT; Adam Pierson of Bradford, Vt. extended his lead in the USAC DMA Midget standings as a result of Saturday night’s 25-lap feature victory at Bear Ridge Speedway. Pierson’s second win of the season came after he passed Scott Viets on lap eight and led the rest of the way to beat Josh Sunn, Tim Hodge, Ray Miller and Jeff Champagne. Miller led the first lap and Viets led six before Pierson took over.
